Situated at the top of Pensham Hill and independent of the main house, it enjoys delightful views over the River Avon towards Pershore.

The ground floor accommodation is set in a tranquil and private setting, yet within easy walking distance to the market town of Pershore.

The property is traditionally furnished with antiques and
there are three en-suite bedrooms, all with tea/coffee making trays.

There is a large guest sitting-room with gas effect log burning stove and french windows that lead to a private terrace.

Other facilities offered include use of a carpet covered tennis court, sauna, and above ground pool (subject to prior arrangement).
